SERVICES

  • Voice Therapy
If your voice has started to feel tired, strained, painful, or just “not like it used to be,” voice therapy can help. We’ll work together to gently restore healthy voice use so speaking (or singing!) feels easier and more comfortable again.
  • Speech Therapy
If speech clarity or fluency is getting in the way of being understood, speech therapy can support clearer, more confident communication. This may include support for speech sound production or stuttering — always at a pace that feels right for you or your child.
  • Expanding or Enhancing Voice
Whether you’re seeking a gender-affirming voice or want to modify an accent, this service focuses on helping you develop a voice that feels authentic, expressive, and sustainable. We’ll explore healthy techniques so your voice reflects who you are — comfortably and confidently.
  • Professional/Corporate Communication
If you use your voice all day for work — meetings, presentations, customer interactions, or teaching — you know how important communication is. These sessions focus on clarity, projection, confidence, and professional communication skills to help you feel at ease using your voice in your workplace.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

All services are currently offered for private pay only via cash or credit card. In Wisconsin, speech pathologists are not able to charge Medicaid or Medicare clients privately. Any client meeting this criteria (having access to Medicaid or Medicare coverage) will need to be seen by another provider. While About Voice - Speech Therapy Services doesn't currently accept insurance, we can provide you with a Superbill (itemized list of services rendered) for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Prior to booking, potential clients should first ask their insurance companies about out-of-network benefits to see if out-of-network speech therapy services may be covered. Some types of therapies may be covered by a health savings account (HSA) or flexible savings account (FSA). Submit the Superbill to your insurance and/or HSA/FSA accounts to see if you qualify for possible reimbursement.
