Before Therapy Begins
All clients begin with a consultation to discuss strengths, needs, and recommendations. We’ll also determine whether in-person or online therapy is the best fit for your child. If your child already receives school-based speech therapy, we may be able to use recent IEP/ISP documentation and progress information to begin summer support services without repeating a full evaluation.

Rates
  • Speech Evaluation (if needed): $220
  • 30-Minute Therapy Session: $87
NOTE: Private pay only. HSA/FSA cards may be accepted depending on your plan. Superbills available for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer in-person and online therapy?
Yes. Services are available both in person and online, depending on your child’s needs and what works best for your family.

Is online therapy effective for children?
Yes — many children do very well with online therapy, especially when caregivers are involved.

Does a parent need to attend sessions?
For online sessions, a parent or caregiver is required to be available and involved as needed. For in-person sessions, parents are generally not required to attend and may wait in the nearby waiting area during therapy.

What makes online therapy a good fit?
Children benefit most when they can engage on screen, follow simple directions, and have caregiver support.

What happens before starting therapy?
We begin with a free consultation, review of records if applicable, any needed evaluation, intake paperwork, and scheduling.

Do you accept insurance?
About Voice is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly.
